Ruidoso Select Yearling Sale – Day Two Recap

Day two of the Ruidoso Select Yearling Sale brought soaring prices, with the stallions from Royal Vista Ranch once again leading the way. Out of the 368 yearlings sold, the sale totaled $25,951,500, averaging $70,520 per yearling which was a remarkable jump from opening night.
Seven of the top ten highest sellers were sired by out leading sires Apollitical Jess and Flying Cowboy 123.
Apollitical Jess maintained his position as the second highest averaging sire of the sale, with 43 yearlings selling for an average of $128,791. Impressively, four of his offspring ranked among the top 10 overall sellers:

Flying Cowboy 123 had a phenomenal second day, surging from 8th to 3rd leading sire of the sale. With 44 head sold, he averaged $91,773 and secured two of the top 10 sellers overall:
